This design in Larchmont, NY provides a beautiful outdoor living space in an elegant, all-white aesthetic. Lounge furniture and a coffee table circle around a custom-built brick fireplace. Sitting walls in matching white brick frame the sitting area and provide additional seating opportunities, and firewood storage below. A dining table is situated near a custom outdoor kitchen clad in white brick, with a built-in countertop, grill, refrigeration, and storage. A defining feature of the overall terrace space is the custom designed pergola and lattice. This white painted structure houses additional lounge furniture and provides a striking backdrop to the terrace.

 

Beresford Landscape Design designed the landscape masterplan, and created construction documentation and details for all site elements, including the custom pergola, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace. BLD also installed all masonry and plantings for the project, and conducted all coordination with the pergola builder. BLD continues to provide additional planting design services for the property.
