LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE SERVICES
Beresford Landscape Design (BLD) offers a full array of landscape architecture design and planning services. These include site analysis and documentation of existing conditions, site planning and production of landscape masterplans, planting and garden design, and the development of construction documentation and site details. We can also produce illustrative drawings and rendered graphics to communicate design intent. BLD can also assist in site contracting, including coordination of subcontractors and coordination of project permits.

In our design office, we strive to create spaces that are used and loved. We seek to provide our clients with opportunities to connect to the landscape, and aim to design spaces that reflect our clients’ individual interests, personalities, and lifestyles. Our design process begins with a personal consultation, where we can determine project scope, and begin discussions about personal preferences and site conditions. Our primary focus is toward our clients’ needs – we listen carefully so that we may create beautiful designs that align with the goals of our clients.

Once we’ve established a shared vision of the project, our office can move forward with design work. Our designs incorporate a wide range of outdoor spaces, from expansive agrarian properties to smaller urban spaces, and everything in between. Most of our design work is residential, but we design for commercial projects occasionally as well.
